Plastic Bottle Molding Selection Guide

Plastic bottle projects should be selected from the product, process and acceptance requirement—not from a model name alone. This page brings together the decision inputs already used across LIANXIN's published product and comparison pages.

Start with the bottle and resin

Provide the bottle drawing or sample, approved resin grade, bottle volume and weight, height, diameter, neck finish and the required appearance and functional checks. These inputs determine whether injection blow molding, a four-station process or one-step injection stretch blow molding should be reviewed first.

Choose the process route

IBM injection blow molding

Review IBM-H or IBM-E when the project fits the injection blow molding process and the published model envelope. Compare injection capacity, clamping force, product dimensions, mould arrangement, drive architecture and machine footprint.

IBBM four-station injection blow molding

Review IBBM-50E when the bottle and resin require the published four-station process. Confirm wall distribution, temperature control, cooling and clean-workshop requirements through a bottle trial and written acceptance method.

BPET one-step injection stretch blow molding

Review BPET-70V4 or BPET-125V4 when the approved material and bottle design require the published one-step injection stretch blow process. Cavity count and bottle volume are only part of the decision; injection, clamping, utilities and mould limits must also fit.

Define the trial and acceptance method

Catalogue capacity and dry-cycle figures are references, not guaranteed production output. A project should define the trial resin, bottle weight, cavities, cycle conditions, sampling method, acceptable defects, functional tests and the duration of the acceptance run.
