Injection blow molding
IBM-H electro-hydraulic hybrid-servo machines and IBM-E all-electric servo machines are evaluated for bottles that need a controlled neck finish, stable dimensions and repeatable forming. The catalogue lists IBM-30H/50H/80H/135H and IBM-30E/50E/80E/135E. Project materials may include HDPE, LDPE, PE, PP, PS and EVA, subject to resin and bottle verification.
One-step injection stretch blow molding
BPET-70V4 and BPET-125V4 are one-step four-station machines with injection blow and injection stretch blow functions. Catalogue-listed materials include PET, PETG, PETE, high-transparent PP/PCTG, SAN, PC, PMMA, PS and BPA-free TRITAN, subject to project verification.
Four-station all-electric IBBM
