About LIANXIN

ZHANGJIAGANG LIANXIN PLASTICS MACHINERY CO., LTD., known as LIANXIN, was founded in 2003 in Zhangjiagang, Jiangsu, China.

The company develops electro-hydraulic hybrid-servo and all-electric injection blow molding machines, fully electric four-station IBBM equipment, one-step four-station injection stretch blow molding systems, supporting moulds and auxiliary equipment. Its work connects bottle requirements with machine configuration, mould design, process trials, commissioning and after-sales support.

Application-first engineering

Project discussions begin with the bottle and its intended use:

• Which material grade has been approved?
• What neck finish and closure will be used?
• Which dimensions and wall-distribution limits matter?
• What output is required?
• Which inspections and documents must be completed?
• What utilities and operating conditions are available?

This sequence reduces the risk of selecting equipment from a model name alone.

Quality and project support

LIANXIN's quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 for the production of injection blow moulding machines and supporting moulds. The evidenced CE document applies specifically to IBM-30H, IBM-50H and IBM-80H. See Quality and Certifications for the controlled scope.

A normal project can include bottle and resin review, equipment and mould configuration, manufacturing, trial production, acceptance checks, commissioning guidance, operator training and spare-parts support. Deliverables and timing are confirmed in the project agreement.
