BPET One-Step Four-Station ISBM Machines
LIANXIN BPET-70V4 and BPET-125V4 use a one-step four-station process with both injection blow and injection stretch blow functions.

Injection, conditioning, stretch/blow forming and ejection are coordinated within one machine. Catalogue-listed materials include PET, PETG, PETE, high-transparent PP/PCTG, SAN, PC, PMMA, PS and BPA-free TRITAN. Material, bottle and mould suitability remain project-specific.

One-step and two-step process comparison
In the catalogue's one-step process, preform creation and bottle forming are completed in one machine. Compared with a separate preform-and-reheat route, this can reduce equipment, labor, space, intermediate handling, contamination and moisture exposure. The final choice must still be based on the bottle, material, production plan and validated project economics.
