LIANXIN Plastics Machinery

BPET-70V4 One-Step Four-Station ISBM Machine

The LIANXIN BPET-70V4 is a one-step four-station machine with injection blow and injection stretch blow functions for one-step four-station injection stretch blow molding projects with one to six cavities and catalogue bottle-volume references up to 2000 ml. Injection, conditioning, stretch/blow forming and ejection are coordinated within one machine.

These values are catalogue references, not output guarantees. Bottle geometry, neck design, resin, wall distribution, mould layout, utilities and acceptance criteria determine the final configuration.

Where BPET-70V4 fits

Review BPET-70V4 when the bottle and cavity plan fit its one-to-six-cavity matrix and the project does not require the larger injection, clamping or bottle-volume envelope of BPET-125V4.

Materials and application review

Catalogue-listed materials include PET, PETG, PETE, high-transparent PP/PCTG, SAN, PC, PMMA, PS and BPA-free TRITAN. The machine can be reviewed for food, daily-chemical, pharmaceutical, personal-care, lubricant and specialty-chemical packaging, subject to bottle trials and customer package validation.

One-step process boundary

The one-step route forms the preform and bottle within one coordinated machine. The final choice between one-step and separate preform/reheat routes must be based on bottle requirements, material handling, production plan, utilities and validated project economics.

Questions about BPET-70V4

What is the largest published bottle-volume reference?

The largest value in the catalogue cavity matrix is 2000 ml at one cavity. More cavities reduce the listed maximum volume; the bottle still requires project review.

Can BPET-70V4 process every listed material without trials?

No. The approved resin grade, bottle design, mould, drying, process window and end-use validation must be reviewed together.

How is final output confirmed?

Output must be defined against the agreed bottle, resin, cavities, utilities, cycle and inspection criteria. Catalogue values alone do not create a production guarantee.
