LIANXIN Plastic Bottle Molding Solutions

Bottle Moulds, Machine Matching and Auxiliary Equipment

A bottle mould is part of the production process, not a separate accessory. Bottle geometry, resin, neck finish, cavities, machine configuration and operating conditions must be evaluated together.

Information needed for mould review

Typical project stages

1. Bottle and process feasibility review

2. Machine family and mould arrangement confirmation

3. Drawing and interface confirmation

4. Mould manufacturing

5. Machine-mounted trial

6. Bottle inspection against agreed criteria

7. Process adjustment and record

8. Acceptance and commissioning support

The controlled project specification should identify the approved drawing version, resin, cavity count, key dimensions, visual criteria, trial conditions and acceptance method. If the bottle or material changes, mould and process suitability should be reviewed again.

A mould trial does not by itself approve a package for food, pharmaceutical, chemical or other regulated use. Read the application guidance or send your bottle data.

Catalogue-listed auxiliary equipment

Auxiliary sizing depends on resin, machine, mould, cycle, ambient conditions and site utilities. The final utility and interface schedule belongs in the controlled project specification.
