Food and Dairy Bottle Molding
Food and dairy bottle projects require the packaging material, closure, hygiene conditions and final package tests to be defined before equipment selection.

LIANXIN supplies bottle-forming machinery and matched moulds. Product filling, treatment and other upstream or downstream operations are separate project interfaces and are not represented as part of the bottle-molding machine.
Information to confirm
- Intended food or dairy contents
- Approved packaging resin and supplier grade
- Bottle volume, weight and dimensions
- Neck finish and closure system
- Leak-control requirements
- Surface and handling requirements
- Production-environment and cleaning expectations
- Required migration, shelf-life or package testing
- Interfaces with customer-provided equipment
Depending on the verified bottle and resin, LIANXIN may evaluate IBM-H, IBM-E or one-step PET ISBM.
Catalogue examples include food and milk bottles, in-mould-labelled containers and wide-mouth jars. These examples indicate possible bottle types, not food-contact approval.
A molding machine does not make every bottle suitable for food contact. Material documentation, process hygiene, closures, contents, storage conditions and market-specific validation must be managed for the finished product.
The mould and machine-matching process can include agreed bottle dimensions, appearance checks and trial conditions.
